Book your pup’s Orientation Day online and we’ll guide you through everything you need before your first visit.
Our friendly team welcomes you and your dog for a meet and greet as we get to know all about their personality and behaviours.
We take introductions slowly, allowing your dog to explore and build confidence at their own pace.
Your dog is carefully matched with compatible playmates based on their size, temperament, and play style.
The day is filled with supervised play, enrichment activities, outdoor adventures, and plenty of fun.
Regular rest breaks help your dog recharge, preventing overstimulation and keeping the day balanced.
Collect a happy, tired pup and receive an update on how they settled, played, and enjoyed their day.

Is daycare right for my dog?
If your dog enjoys socialising, playing, or just being around other dogs and people, they’ll likely love daycare. We assess every dog to ensure it’s the right fit for them—and for the pack.
Do you separate dogs by size or temperament?
Absolutely. Safety comes first. We group dogs based on size, play style, and personality to create positve, well-matched social experiences.
What does my dog do all day?
A little bit of everything! Your pup will enjoy supervised play, outdoor time, enrichment activities, and rest breaks to recharge. It’s a balanced day designed to keep them happy— not overwhelmed.
Will my dog get rest time?
Yes! Even the most energetic dogs need downtime. We build in structured rest periods to help prevent overstimulation and keep everyone feeling their best.
What if my dog is nervous or new to daycare?
That’s completely normal. We take introductions slowly and tailor the experience to your dog’s comfort level, helping them build confidence at their own pace.
Do you offer trial days?
We do! All new dogs start with a trial day so we can gently introduce them to the environment, assess their play style, and make sure they’re comfortable. It’s all about setting them up for success.
What vaccinations are required?
For the safety of all our guests, dogs must be up to date with core vaccinations (typically C5 or equivalent). We may also require proof of vaccination before your first visit—just chat with us if you’re unsure.
Is there always supervision?
Always. Our experienced team closely supervises all play sessions to ensure safe, positive interactions at all times.
What should I bring for my dog?
Just your dog! We provide everything they need for a fun day. If your pup has specific needs, feel free to chat with us.
Do you offer half days or casual bookings?
We do. With flexible full-day and half-day options, you can choose what works best for your schedule.
Does my dog need to be desexed?
We require dogs to be desexed if they are more than 6 months old. This helps maintain a calm, safe, and balanced group dynamic. If you’re unsure, just reach out—we’re happy to chat.
What are the benefits of daycare?
Daycare helps with socialisation, burns energy, reduces boredom, and supports overall wellbeing—plus, you’ll pick up a happy (and likely very tired) dog at the end of the day.
What if my dog doesn’t get along with others?
We carefully assess all dogs and prioritise safety. If daycare isn’t the right fit, we’ll always be honest and can recommend alternative options.
Are there age requirements?
Yes—puppies are welcome once they’ve completed their initial vaccination schedule. This helps ensure they’re protected and ready to safely socialise with the pack.
What are your behaviour requirements?
All dogs must be friendly, social, and comfortable in a group environment. For everyone’s safety, we cannot accept dogs with aggressive behaviours. Our trial process helps us make sure daycare is the right fit for your pup.
